just take the carbs apart mate, dead easy, one at a time.
you dont need to strip the brackets off, just drop the bowls off and diaphragm caps.

Benny, hypothetically speaking....if say, one day, you were out on a ride, in my neck of the woods, and someone was to offer you a pub lunch and a pint to look at their carbs. Do you think you would accept that?

I thought I replied to this yesterday but obviously not. Rejetting is the way forward here I think. Get it done by a pro who is used to working on these bikes. Don't expect power hikes argue top but by smoothing out the air fuel mix, I saw gains of 16bhp in parts of the rev range accompanied by similar improvements to torque. It's now silky smooth from tickover to red line. It's worth paying for if it's done right.

I think this is worth doing. Jordan Bikes are an approved Dynojet centre. £29.95 for the dyno. If they tell me that Honda didnt do the work properly there will be trouble!

Thanks buddy, I admit to almost shitting myself when i really gave it some...maybe it was a strained look rather than a grin..

Give it a few weeks and you'll be looking for more power- doesn't take long to get used to these bikes.

Luckily more power is available....
