Just a quick question, how many miles can i expect a storm engine to last? Den. Oops forget to mention mine has 37000 miles on and has lost that firestorm WHINE. Is this normal on higher mileage bikes?

Remember to always check your oil level before each ride & top up if needed. I have heard these bikes work with quite high oil pressures to the tune of 87 psi at 5000 rpm. My Bandit 1200 was around 43 psi.

Low oil level could fool the oil light not to warn you do to the high pressures & your top ends may become starved & we all know what can happen there
