Yes, I know it's immature and most probably dangerous, but finally did it today on benny's private race track...which is mint btw...I'm well chuffed!!!

i went round again & did a few more laps... saw that plod again tear arsing round with blue lights on :lol:
theres a plod station (near the pit lane) and i think he was maybe annoyed at us doing 60 on a 60 road :roll:

Lol if he was chasing us, it will have been piss annoying not being able to catch us.

yeh m8 we passed their office about 15 times, just on the left before it turns into a dual carriageway :lol:
tbh they should be nicking the tit heads driving at 20mph who clearly arent paying attention to the national speed limit signs,

i'll keep my eyes open for your toe slider as well!!! :biggrin

Have you had a look at this guide -

There are a couple of guides on there that give an idea of body position (the last one not being under a truck, bleeding, hopefully!)

Up until yesterday that was the same for me. Took my knee slider clean off when I fell off and it hurt!!!

i have never done this and believe it must be easier for tall people? i am a lofty 5 7" and dont think my legs are long enough.
any other dwarfs share this opinion? (not you pedrosa)

Japs are only 2f tall and the can do it. Im6f4" and I find it hard as my knees are above the tank
I just need to go faster to do it lol

It's all about body position and very little to do with speed (on the road). I used to struggle and touch the footpegs down without touching my knee down. I altered my body position and now scrape knee long before any bits of the bike touch down. If you don't get your body over to the side you are turning with your head over to that side of the screen your knee will be pulled away from the road rather than pushed into it.
Look at the MCN guide, go out on a nice day to a quiet piece of constant radius (circular) dry road, relax and practice, at a relatively low speed.
Probably the most important thing is to relax and not get frustrated with it.
