rainbow or normal?

I always just cleaned them with soapy water and then got the road tar and chain lube off with GT85, works a treat and I use GT85 on everything.

Soapy water, dry em off and a quick squirt with WD40, leave it 5 mins and wipe off the excess, nice and shiny with that great smell after a run.

If they are really grimy use a green kitchen scourer, but be very careful
