Wire wheels for Ducati

Post by Flatline »

Some of you will know that I am converting a 750ss to a cafe style. Similar to this:

Do any of you know which bike would have wire wheels that would fit?

no worries mate it ain't going anywhere soon
i have to admit to being jealous of your cafe racer project, that type of bike has never interested me until recently, and now i think ther'yethe mutts nuts, i checked out pappy smears on the superhawk forum, he'a done a great job, even tho i don't believe the firestorm to be the best bike for a cafe racer project.
keep up the good work fella.......

Yeh that's one problem

The other is the weight of them, so I am told

Will start off with the standard and look around for different ones

I think there are plenty of motocross ones with spoke though

Just need to find a pair that fits

Tank is off for powdercoating with all the shiny bits being cleaned ready for anodising

Going to make a rear seat, wish me luck :eek2
