Another Swingarm problem. Powdercoating

Post by Flatline »

The powdercoat has gone into the front holes so the bolt doesn't fit

What's the best way to remove powdercoat from inside the hole?

Well I've managed to do it

Used one of those wire brushes on the end of a drill

One of those that stick out at the end, not the wheels that go round and round and round

Pheww, got a bit dizzy there

just a tip for anyone else doing it... put a bolt in any hole with a thread & use a length of studding with big washers & nuts through the spindle holes!!
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
