19ltr tank question again
sorry to bother everyone again, i've been searching for some sort of guide on how to fit the 19ltr tank on an older storm, i even asked wicky for some links (thanks wicky), but even the links wicky provided aren't the sort of helpful guide i was looking for, i'm after some info with pictures if possible, can anyone point me in the right direction, i'm going to try the superhawk forum now.....

Re: 19ltr tank question again
fit your original level sensor off the 16L tank.
tee the single fuel outlet off to each carb.
done.
oh... & cap off the vacuum line from the 16Ltank cos the 19L doesnt need it

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Re: 19ltr tank question again
Hello all, first posting-been hanging around too long & pinching ideas particularly on cct's when mine failed, so here's my contribution.
The answer's here http://www.vtr1000.org/phpBB3/viewtopic ... 4&start=30
We did this on my son's (electric blue)storm & works perfectly. Never had any fuel starvation at any throttle opening so more than enough flow.
Just have to remember to turn off tap when you stop!
I'm far old enough to know better, but have a RED storm
