They restricted young bikers why cant they do the same with cars? A restriction on bhp electronic aids and the restriction being removed/increased once they successfully complete a years accident free driving. The 1 in the 100 pays for it by being restricted till he/she learns how to drive and the other 99 benefit from better insurance, gaining the all important first years no claims and just as an example when i was 17 (2005) i was paying £1400 a year for a 1.1 fiesta when i turned 18 armed with my well earned 1st years ncb i went and insured a 2.8 v6 mk2 granada for just under a £1000
P.s By restriction on electronic aids i mean no abs esp ebd and any other abbreviation that means they dont learn how to drive a car properly
