Went to get a copy today, but there was no Firestorms in it, so I guess Tesco are still flogging last months.....luckily I flicked through it before I bought it, so saved being dissapointed when I got home :(

Anybody on here got their bike in the article?

I don't buy any "Bike" Mags at "Tesco" cos the robbing Bastids Take a £1 off the magazine just to display it on their Shelves and that's on top of the profit that's already in the price Apparently!........Found this out from Nial Mackenzie last year, That's what killed "TWO" magazine... money problems!
If you think of all the outlets Tesco have throughout Britain that's a lot of £1s to lose on a sale or return basis, and no doubt Tesco will still have to have the £1 even though it didn't sell...........Because it was displayed!!!!!!!!!!!

every write up i've read over the last couple of years has said that the storms aged very well, yes they say the engines a bit boring and the standard handling is limited, but its cheap, reliable, has very good build quality and it's good fun to ride......

the cudos of a 'PB' feature, totally cancelled out by the ignominy of being in 'ride'.

I made it into PB with my MZ! :D
it was a training session at 3 Sisters with Mark Forsyth, hence why PB were there.

Mind you it was 22 yrs ago, and yes I was wearing MX boots....at race meetings the scrutineers made me tape over all the buckles :D
