Cleaning their Storm with Diesel and a Toothbrush today?
The storm has been well preserved with waxoil (by the looks of it) but it looks dirty and well not my thing so I've been over the oily bits with diesel and a tooth brush then a good clean off with some degreaser and clean it all away with water. The bike looks so much better now.

I assume you've wintered it? I don't winter mine. Even through winter I try and ride it when I can!
Re: Who else has been
I just put mine away rusty and filthy, and then it's still rusty and filthy when I rode it next, no depreciation at all.
Simples!
(After a while, Bazza takes pity on me and puts Bee Gum on it or something).

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

No I've not wintered it, someone else has, but I like my bikes cleaner than this one is now, so starting on the heavy duty cleaning, fairings, tail unit and tank off and get in there for a good clean, once thats done, i'll be into the CCT's full service, brake strip and clean and see how she looks and feels

Don't take too long cleaning it or you'll have the shiniest Storm with bent valves on the forum.
