Anyone here replaced the hard lines with braided flexi pipes? Mine have some rust on them... If so where did you get them from?

Yep. Got them made up by Pirtek, to enable fitting of a four-row SP1 oil cooler.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
