Nope Bazza converts OEM CCTs into Manual CCTs. Stopper Mod is a DIY way to fit a safety catch for when the OEM CCT's spring eventually fails.

Just get em and fit them pronto before your bike implodes into something only fit for breaking for parts!

Installation guide is in the workshop knowledgbase and takes a sedate afternoon to fit.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

yeh get yourself sorted with a set & call round on a sunday.
bill u a tank of fuel for the sp lol :)
assuming the big cap will come out of the genny casing it takes about 1 1/2hrs to do.
if the cap wont budge it takes considerably longer!

VTRKidda, I meant use the search facility in the top right corner of the forum. You will find lots of stories like Dragonbacks and just as many explanations as to how to do it and where to buy the manual CCT's from. There are a number of people who can help you out with the manuals and Tony.mon recently reviewed all of the versions. Have a good read up and make your decision.
I researched this subject prior to buying the bike and changed mine to manual within a week of buying the bike. As Benny said it took an hour and a half from start to finish using normal tools, nothing specialist.
in the words of the Nike ad " just do it".

I bought mine from Rider on a Storm (Tray) for, if I remember correctly, 50 euros delivered with insurance. Tray is just getting back into the forum following an illness so I don't know the hang time for delivery but they are really good quality items. I saw you left a message on his thread (but called him Bazza  ). Trays are very similar to the Krieger items and the ones for sale on E Bay by Phil the Pont. Bazza's are converted standard auto cct's so you maintain the standard(ish) look but with the manual reliability.

I'm sure no one is going to take offence but you will need to contact Bazza to see if he has any in stock mate.

why would you want to fit honda tensioners? new ones are just as likely to fail as the old ones :confused

i wouldnt want to fit them anyway cos when they break you'd blame me lol.
get a set of manuals.
bazza can sort them or tray is doing another run - ive got his on mine & theyre bob on.
