If you replace with genuine Honda CCT's you will still have the same issues of waiting for the spring to break and drop the valves into the pistons. If you do decide to go for Honda Auto's you need to do the stopper mod to prevent the plunger retracting in the event of the spring breaking.
If you want manuals contact Bazza996 on here for Honda Auto's converted to manual, or Tray (Rider on a Storm) for custom built manuals.
Krieger CCT's are available on E Bay as are APE's.
Try to find Tony.mon's review thread, he has fitted enough to guide you to the best option.
