Can anyone tell me what size the retaining nuts are need to get some new ones :D

If you use lightweight aluminium ones with threads inserted like helicoils, use plenty of copper grease on assembly, as otherwise the thread inserts stay welded to the stud when you undo the aluminium part....
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

And carbon, special carbon etc.
