To be fair to the bloke there wasn't a lot wrong with his riding. Making good swift progress but the wheelie and knee down makes the man in the blue suit upset for some obscure reason. :thumbup:

If I remember right they prosecute for reckless. If only the judiciary rode bikes.

Got a ticking off for getting my knee down, they said something about not being in control of the motorcycle...

When I did my police bike training we were told its not illegal to get your knee down. Its illegal to speed however.
