Time for new tires come pay day, these look to be the dogs nuts on paper

I do a lot of wet weather riding and need a tire that can do it all

Does any one use either of these tires?

Currently on a set of Pilot Roads as I know the tire well and how much it can be pushed on a wet / damp bend having used it for the last hand full of tires, they are great in the wet but take an age to warm up and are not duel compound and wear quick down the centre with motorway use, so want a duel compound tire that will last longer warm up quicker and cope with the wet and the dry blasts too

I'm currentl using an 023 on the rear and an 014 on the front, one of the best tyre combos i've ever had.
With the exception of bt003ss, which were amszing but only lasted 1000 miles on the rear.

I used to always buy Bridgestones back in the day, my last set were 020s which I was always happy with.

Had a set of the first PRs which were about the same quality at the 020s but there was a big leap in quality when the dual compound PRII came out, I've not gone back to BT since. Not had the new IIIs yet but the IIs have never let me down even on some spirited rides down Teesdale in the wet.

The PRs are a larger initial outlay than many tyres but they wear and last very well.

Mind you that's a pretty compelling video for the 023s with Rocket Ron....

I run BT023s and think they are great. I ride all year round and occasionally go on the track. Hope that helps.

I've got Pilot Road 3 on mine mine, they seem very good.

Put them on just before going to Germany last year, rode through good weather (Europe) and bad weather (Scotland) and they were very good. Mine have done about 3k miles now and look like they have plenty left.

Mate of mine got 4500 miles out of a set on his Ducati Multistrad, and thought they were very good too.

I've no experience of the bt023's to compare them to though.

BT023s get my seal of approval. Just about to get my second set. Managed 12k out of the front tyre and could probably get another 1k. These tryes have coped with some pretty bad weather during their time on my bike

Had some Pirelli Angels fitted yesterday, done 120 miles on them this morning...probably as good as the Michelins with a lovely neutral feel
