ELF OIL

Does anyone know anything about elf 10/40 semi synthetic oil?been offerd a load at bargain price but i havent heard much about the stuff,,is elf oil any good?cheers

I'll tell you all I know.

It's a treacle color when new.
It's black when old and used.
It's meant to go inside your engine and stop it going bang.
I normally stains your best jeans when you spill it on them.

Most oils are much the same Tony, it's the additives which make the difference.
If you're worried, just add your own, there's lots of them on the market.

I've used zx1 in the past, seems to work a treat, especially when you stick a bit in the fuel tank!
