A far too fast Red one....

Post by MacV2 »

So I'm heading home along the A2 about 16.40 in the normal get up to 40 slow right down not quite stop back up to 40 ect traffic.

A Red P reg Storm comes past up the inside lane & I'm thinking 'bastid wish I was on mine & not in me van as it's so nice & sunny.'

10 mins later see the same Storm on the hard shoulder just after the M25.

Unfortunately it was parked behind an unmarked plod having been pulled over....opps!

No one on here got a tale of woe to tell tonight?
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

I've always been very lucky.
Pulled at 130mph in 70 limit and bollocked and told I wasn't being booked because it was 2am with no traffic.

Pulled at 65mph in 30 limit and told I wasn't being booked because he hadn't paced me far enough.

Pulled at 120mph in a 50 limit and told off and told I wasn't being booked because he was a fellow biker and understands how easy it can happen.

Did you see a lawyer playerone? I've been prosecuted twice but got off using these
http://www.motoring-offence-lawyer.co.uk/

First one was a speed camera and he found that the speed camera was past its calibration date so there was no charge.

Second one was I was pulled by a police car and he found that the instrument he used cannot be legally used against a bike.

I've been lucky and never had a point off my license in my life.
