I am favourable to the look but love the lightness (and yes, the "carbon footprint" on my VTR is significant).

cheers

I don't have the frame protectors, they give the bike cooties. There was a report in the press recently, honest, you can trust me. You need to have them disposed of by a specialist. Package them up carefully and send them to me quickly to save your bike mate!!!!

I would love to have some of those carbon frame protectors! I thought about carbon wrapping a complete frame and panels at one stage. How about a carbon bike.
Who makes the carbon frame protectors and can they still be purchased? I have not seen them anywhere on online or fleabay? They would look good with a black VTR. Everything black.
I keep going round in circles can't decide on what colour to spray my bike and what mods to do. Need to decide, set mt mind on things and do bits as and when I can afford.

sorry waffling now, had a

I got both mine via ebay mate

i have searches set up to alert me for things I'm on the look out for, ebay send out emails every day if something matches what i want, set you self one up

I contacted King Carbon and some other places about borrowing mine both sets top and bottom to make a complete unit that would span the frame, they didn't want to know and the mechanic at work doesn't have time at the moment to piss about with stuff
