one rad?

Post by Demetri »

anyone run one rad on the vtr?

probably not enough capacity for it but just wondering all the same.

they had to lift the truck up to get my 'storm out and I am in the process of weighing my options. thanks from across the pond!

you are right not enough capacity for it if you wanted to run 1 it would have to be larger and probably front mount to cope with the extra duty it is doing

thought so. too bad tho, this bike really looks good without those rads hiding it.

i did see that one post of the bike that had the one larger rad on the front.
must have some interference with the front wheel. have to go to plan b and mount them somewhere else.

Underseat with the fan off a Benelli Tre and bodywork of a Britten?

And while your stripping the Britten, take the front end off it too
And the Motor
And the . . . etc. Man I love that bike :D

Imaging what bikes would be like now if john britten hadnt died? The britten wasnt even developed and it was thrashing the japs.

Yeah, I do like that britten! I did think of putting the rads under the seat and started to mock it up like that. I had a fan off a 750 ninja mounted on the seat frame but it started to get a little too thick for the wheel to clear. probably easier just to start off fresh and build a new seat frame a la streetfighter and mount the rads...er... somehow.
