Wanted step by Step how to change front sprocket

As above going to do this my self I'm after A step by step guide as there is no guide I can find for this :D lots of google stuff but changes from one to the next maybe a sticky in the workshop bit

It's all described in the PDF Honda VTR service manual (searchable) in the workshop KB section.

its not to hard mate,

take cover off then almost done

my best way is to jam a long thin screw driver between the chain top and bottom, effectively locking it when undoing the wombles stops it and the wheel just turning i've tried holding and getting some one to hold the rear wheel in past

I removed the seat, up on a paddock stand, stood on the rear brake, lent over. Job done. Hard if you're short, stumpy and with a torse like a JCB tyre I would imagine though
