Stock for me, i find under hard load it takes off well enough, i would just like a bit better cruising revs down the motorway

i think if i adjust it either way i will either loose acceleration and gain higher running revs down the motorway, or gain more speed and lower revs,

so just left it stock

Down one on the front.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Stock, and after the winter mods of:

Stick coils
Billet inlet trumpets
Quick action throttle

I keep looking for an extra gear when i am already in top, so I don't think it needs lower gearing

Mine was 1 tooth down on the front and one up on the rear as it was when I got it. Forgot to express a choice when I asked garage to fit new chain and sprockets so now have the normal stock. So far I've noticed less aggression/excitement on acceleration but it cruises better and given better mpg so far!

Have tried the following:

16 - 41 standard
15 - 43 causes accelerated wear
16 - 45 current (chain will hit link pipe on some after-market cans)

standard for me... she is plenty aggressive for me.

if I want agression I would wait to get pennies together for an RSV4 or Fireblade.
