Blueflame

I was going to order some Blueflames for my bike, but have read that they can be unreliable with delivery and customer service is shite. Can anyone elaborate on this.

Will be calling them Monday to see if I can get a repair or if they will sell me one of a pair, so will update you on Tuesday.

I ordered a can (for a CBR600) and it turned up in under a week despite their statement that delivery is 2-3 weeks from date of order.
They were helpful on the phone but don't expect an answer from an email.
