same miles on sp1 was costing about £17
iirc its an 18L tank compared to 19 on the storm.... i think the most i ever put in it was 20 - 21 or so.
sp2, cant really tell yet a yesterday i got 50 mile to the light (didnt know how much was in and accidentally reset the trip before i set out from reading) then filled it for £15,
did 77 miles then topped up £11, so its doing 7.7mpL which is about the same as the sp1.
so basically, the FI is more efficient than carbs obviously but tbh if you are bothered about fuel economy get a cg125 lol.
on an average all day ride i'd fill up 3 times - if i went on the storm i'd probably spend 10-15 quid more on fuel, for the same grins.
so based on that, if you went out sat / sun every weekend you would save £1560 a year in fuel.
so say you pay £4680 for a tidy sp, in 3 years it's paid for itself.
explain that to the mrs and put it in terms of shoes and im sure she'll understand.ERRR HERMMMMM
just fitted these to mine btw
OSSEM!!
