is there a legal place for it or is it as long as it is visible cerb side?

Asked the same question a while ago, to be to the letter of the law, it needs to be on the LHS and infront of the saddle, mines on the chain guard bolt like most others I've seen.

Officials on the left side but it doesn't really feckin matter so long as you have it visible tbh
