I did my 1230 popup well before the the days of internet, had to learn as i went. Knowledge learnt then now often helps others (on the internet, lol)

That frame looks a bit like a Martec ?, swingarm looks like it was done a bit later ?, just guessing, tasty special though.

So am removing the inner air filter and sticking this k@n on it.
This is only a rough set up till I get on the cnc and make some thing better (if I do)

Little up date.
Just got some drag style bars and paint to for the Tyres. Going for white walls
Also removing air box and running velo stack (making my own)
Also removing all the switchs and putting them some where near the engine.
Shopping at maplins again....

Cut the whole exhaust off now and running open pipes.
Going to put washers down there to give some baffling.
Going to sweep them up and run truck style flaps!

Has mainly been sanding the tank down to bear alloy.
Plus fitted some very nice bars.

What's the circles in the sides of the tank. Looks like someone has had a hole cutter on there.
