Post by Image »

just undo the 3 bolts on the clocks and pop it out.
dead easy to get to... you can get new bulbs off eblag or any car shop, halfrauds etc
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

I not long ago changed all my dash bulbs. Replaced them all for LED bulbs, much better now. Red for rev, white in speedo and same colour bulbs as warning lights covers ie green indicators, blue high beam etc etc. Its a big improvement. Got my bulbs from this lot

Daft, I know, but does the high beam lamp filament still function?
The high/low beam switch is sometimes a problem on these bikes (and most Hondas) the connections corrode and won't make a contact.

Pull the switch apart and spray with electrical connection cleaner, but don't lose the tiny ball bearing that shoots across the garage when you take it apart.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Thanks a lot. High beam still works ok, it's just the blue light to say it's on. I just wanted to check there's no nastys before I take it apart

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
