I think there is once i started for that very set you have the first time i did brakesdarrenmartin wrote:Hey Seb, no not yet. I keep looking at em and thinking yeh ill have a go but i aint done brakes before and knowing my luck id be off the road for days with probsyou know what its like until you actualy have a go at some thing theres always that part of ya saying ..no dont go there, you dont know what your doing! But until you get on and have a go youl never learn
But i am going to have a go. Im sure the brake fluid thats in the system at the moment is the origional as its dark brown! do we have a thread on the forum for brakes and line changes? If not may be agood one to get up

if i can find the link i will link to it mate

Defo get some new DOT4 stuff and try to keep it upright and stop it swooshing around when you go Halfords or where ever for it, help stop little air bubbles in the fluid
Take your Fender off that's a must as any fluid that squirts up can ruin plastics, wrap a damp towel around the master cylinder filler up cup top stop and of the brake fluid from running when you are pumping the lever and filling up (that's if you don't take the front fairing off) also it pays to have a watering can with some water in it to hand in case any spills happen you can dilute the horrible fluid with water right away and then mop it up
Goof luck with it mate, you could wait until a workshop day and have one of the pros guide you through it also
