that bike was on ebay a while back, it looks ok, personally i don't like the colour, and you can't tell the quality of the paint job from pictures alone, the bike worth about £1100/1200 at best imho....
let us know what happens jazza

The fairing has been cut back pretty agressivly, and the fact it has been repainted might mean that underneath it may have had a hard life, plus it's still got stock pipes, so that will be more £ to large the sound. But it can't be far off worth a grand.

But the nice man in the advert says it's worth £2300! It would need a good going over to make sure there is no accident damage given the re-spray. If it's straight and he get's it for a grand, that's the real deal!!

Richard face is the same colour as the bike
thats one of the reasons i went for a standard colour, because its rare a different colour will improve the looks/price of the bike for the better

What's it had a new clutch for?
Mileage isn't too bad, so I can't see why it would need one.
And what's that about splines?

Suspicious about why the work was done, and by whom.
Doesn't sound like it's the owner...
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
