cracked frame

does anybody know where to get second hand bike frames
my mate just hit a car with his bike not a good thing to do
considering he was only 3 party
he cannot afford new frame ,its a fireblade (year 1999)
tried ebay no luck

Try Having a scan through the back pages of Motocycle News and give a few of the bike breakers a bell. Hell of a lot cheeper and most bits I've had have been like new :D

thanks again ,frames are hard to get {undamaged)

It's been a little while since I looked for a s/h frame, but it was usually pretty easy to get frames from breakers, complete with logbooks. They usually cost more than a new one from the manufacturer though :confused:
