i,d like to ask if any of you have owned or know of any inherent problems with a 1998 model beemer,my mate is thinking about buying one with under just 20,000miles on the clock, and he has had conflicting reports about clutch problems ,anyone that can shed a bit of light on the subject,i would appreciate it.......cheers chrisc

It's only a few weeks ago I commented to a mate who's into Bms that I thought the K1200 would be a good Tourer. He recons they have gearbox trouble. I was suprised.
