Re: VTR opinion
thanks for all your advice
regarding fireblade, yes it is quicker and better in lots of way but I already had a 4 inline and for a fact know that need to be trashed to goooo. I quite like the look of the storm and even more the noise.
What about road tax /year ? how much should I expect

Re: VTR opinion
Could you not save a bit more and get a SP1 with some miles on it? You will be forever wishing you had one after being on a storm, and fuel injection too plug and play inithumberty wrote:thanks for all your advice

How old are you? I can get insurance on a blade for not to much more than the storm so wouldn't expect to much if you shop around and don't live in a crime hot spot

Re: VTR opinion
It is not really an age issue( i'm 32) but more the fact that I don't have ncb on bike and last time I was insured for bike a bike was in 2006 on a french insurance. I have more that 10 years ncb on car although.
the best I got for the storm is 162 on H&R for 3rd theft and fire which I'm happy with for a bike that is worth 1500 £ the only down side is excess ( i think arround 400 £)
I'll be careful to build up some ncb then
