Hi to all just wondering if anyones got blueflame pipes on their storm and do the sound any good? had one on my hornet a few years ago and it sounded sweet as a nut :?:

Yes and Yes....

Twin port ovals with the blanking plug out but baffles left in is loud enough but not so as to give you a headache.. :thumbup:

i've seen and heard these cans and i can say they look the nuts and sounds great :thumbup:

Yep I also have some carbon ovals with dual exits. I've got the blanking plates in and the baffles in and they sound just right, still pretty loud and bassy but not so much that it should attract attention. The bike runs nice and smooth.

I also had an oval titanium blue flame on my Z750 and that made good power and sounded great with just the top baffle out. The great thing about these pipes is you can try any of the 4 combinations to get the right volume for you.

Went back to West London with firestorm1997 from Grain workshop day fantastic sound from his pipes really low note, music to my ears all the way home, look bloody good as well :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

got twin port evo's on mine, no blanking plates of baffles! :twisted: does sound the dogs and went thro the mot with my friendly mot man last week :thumbup:

Pauline has, no baffles, no blanking plug. Very deep - but nowhere near as loud as mine. They are going to meet with a hacksaw and lose 3" on length very soon....

We have (I know it sounds naff, and wasn't planned like that) matching bikes:

Mine is a bit more modified, P likes hers as it is - barring wanting high levels. I have the link pipes and brackets, but the cans are too long.

Hence the need for hacksaw. :-)
