Last night on a sprinted ride I cover cooked the entry in to a very sharp left hand bend and had to hit the brakes hard.
Rear wheel up in the air and front tyre screeching under very hard braking .
I managed to make the bend with very brown pants and I could feel my heart beating at 200 bpm :-( .
When I gotten the bike upright and back on the throttle it stated to bog down every time I opened it up this lasted for two miles then cleared up .
It's the first time I have experienced this .
Has any else had this bogging down after very hard braking ?

Bogging down
Yes mate I had this a while ago and when I asked about it on here it seemed to be down to the fact our bikes don't have a fuel pump (as standard) and its because the carbs take time to fill back up!
There was some talk about re routing a fuel pipe but haven't got round to it mate! I'll post my old post as soon as I find it fella

Bogging down
Your welcome ;-)
Re: Bogging down
+1
Yep that's exactly what it is. Front carb gets flooded and the excess fuel in the carb does not escape through the overflow pipes that run through the centre of the two carbs.
On mine I have pulled those pipes out of the hole in the carb bracket slightly so there is not so much of a kink/bend in them.
