mine are the original chrome ones a little tatty now what does everyone recommend ? cheers

You could remove them, sand them and then use hammerite

Voila, just like new :thumbup:

FYI if you end up going for the R&G bar ends they do not come supplied with the screws so you need to keep the original screws from what you have now. :thumbup:

I got stung by that one and ended buying some Honda screws from David Silvers. :(

OEM Original ones are black not chrome. As long as they are heavy for damping vibrations, clean them up and spray em up any colour you like as Flatline suggests.

I replaced mine, but cant remeber the make............I selected based on heavy is better and i went for the largest mass.......it reduces the vibration as previously stated.

note that you need to use specific versions for the Honda, not generic ones. there is a steped face on the mating part in the handlebar, and you need the bar end to match that

Bolts are M6x~60 countersunk (ish) If you wanted some flashy ones. "boltmeup" on ebay is a great seller!

I made a spacer thingy out a bit of pipe which went round the stepped face to make it level.

(or just grind the wombles flat)
