Sorted the mudguard spacers out tonight. Re-shaped the mounts to

Had to stick the bmw on hold for little bit (i got a off road bike to joy ride)

Can't afford to flip this.
It cuts out when the power band kicks in. Needs the reed vavle done I think

if the reed valves were duff, it would run crap at the bottom end, not when the powerband kicks in........having said that I cant instantly thing of any reason it would cut out mid power unless the ignition box was playing up.
what are the symptoms? does it go flat like bad fueling or stone dead like ignition?

TBH i don't know to much about crossers or 2 stroke for that matter.
I am going to strip the carb and clean,check the plug and look at every thing.

Going to have a look better wednesday

Got a good idea to cover the air box with some ol' castrol oil can :D

So the bad news is the Rm is broken
Needs gear box rebuild, wiring sorted out etc!

So I gone back to working on the bmw.
Sorted and shaped mudguard stay's and shorted brass spacers to.

Then started dome heading all the bolts I could get my hands on

And started the seat base to

Swing arm had a crack in it so It's been repaired

On the lathe last night making some spacer for the hand bar throttle side to keep the grip in place :D
i'll get some pichoors up later

Got some fork seals to fit now as mine where blown :roll:
