i have bought some progressive fork springs off e bay but dont have fitting instructions can anyone help?
i need to know if i need to alter the spacer size and do i need to change the amount of oil used?

I got Hyperpro springs. If it is progressive rate springs you got you should remve spacers completely. On website (http://www.wilbers.de, check for Hyperpro section) it says that you need oil SAE 7,5 and airpocket f 160 mm measured from top of fork. That's exatctly what I did, and results are very nice. In combination with Wilbers fully adjustable shock absorber it has transformed ride completely.
