Not sure about this; isn't yours a HISS model?

If that's connected to the ignition barrel, then no, as the older ones don't have it.
Dunno what you were going to pay for it, but I have a spare barrel with key.

You'll need to order up some new bolts to fit it though, as they're designed to shear when taking it off as an anti-theft device.
Otherwise just fit the entire top yoke as a single item.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I think the wiring would be different on the later HISS barrels as the ecu's are different. If you where to fit an early one on a later model you would loose the Honda immobiliser and would probably have to work out how to re-wire it to get the bike to start.

You need to compare the wiring diagrams with the earlier and later ones.
