any one know if imports are restricted in any way

In some continental countries there is a restriction of 100bhp.

I had mine into a garage a couple of weeks ago, and they fitted a jet kit and K&N for me, they were meant to Dyno it for me as well but thats another story. they gave me a call while doing the work to ask if i knew where the bike came from, they had found restrictor plates on the airbox or carbs.

Earlier ones made nearer 110bhp I think you'll find!

Depends whose dyno figures you use ;)


OK, I know the later ones lost a few bhp when they gained the extra fuel capacity
