Interesting things to do with rear seat cowl

i quite like that idea, hollow out the pillion seat foam and make some sort of small 2 / 3 ltr tank that fits in the cowl area and can be linked to the main fuel lines via a electric fuel pump that can be switched on when required or something similar

i never use a pillion and a few other people dont that would be a handy mod.

lol, they chase me anyway, just to hear what a real engine sounds like

How about chopping the seat down, fibre glassing the cowl and putting a hinge flap on the front of it. A bit like the Mario Nava style http://web.tiscali.it/mario_nava/vtr1000r_e.html Create some extra storage space area.

And for extra fuel storage/reserve you can buy a flexible bag like style fuel storage thing that can fit in places like the inside sides of rear fairing tail unit.
