Re: solar pv
Don't know about the course, but my shed is solar powered. Too lazy to lay a cable down the garden so I have pv cells charging a leisure battery powering my tools and bike charger

Re: solar pv
I have something similar powering the underground storage tank pump for the greenhouse.
And an array of 14 pv's on the roof- supplied fitted foc.
Lovely free leccy during the day. Just on 3KW on a sunny day.
All I need to do now is to fit a 1KW immersion heater so that I can have it on three times as long, but only draw 1KW, so that'll be free hot water, too.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

hi toonarmy dont no if it might be a waste of money, now the government has cut the tarrif down to ,what i think is 22p per unit and is set to fall even more down to 9p eventually. i would see what the demand is in your area before paying out. my business partner did the course just before the rate changed and we've not bothered to get accredited. things might change when things pick up and the electricity price gets out of hand. but beware cheers
