It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Hey Marty I'm looking at changing mine indicators as they are the flush mounted ones that you're looking at. They are the oranges one though, if you don't mind the orange lenses you can have them once I've replaced them. I personally don't like them as They don't really let traffic know what you are doing as they can't be seen unless they are side on to you. If you want them PM me.

Yep, I'm in the same boat - I bought a tail tidy but it means far too much butchery to the rear of the bike [for me] so I have gone for some minor surgery and a smaller number plate.

It looks neater but now those rear indicators look huuuuuge! Does anyone have any recommendations for mini/smaller rears?

I went for these, not super high quality, but they do the job.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0747245032

Took the inside off the fairing to make them easy to fit. Ok for under a tenner for the pair. :)

They cover the hole and have quite long cables, so an easy fit.

Just been and looked at my bike for fitting them and I would require a tail tidy and cutting the indicator mounts off it. So I brought myself a set of small bulb indicators (pack of 4) off ebay for 11quid inc postage  and a pair of spacers for the fronts for a fiver. Couldn't go to far wrong, plus saves getting a LED relay as well.

I looked at the stalk type indicators and the spacer option, but didn't like the look of the smaller inds in the large hole.

I had hoped that the spacers could have been fitted over the outside hole, but I couldn't see a way of doing that.

I'm sure that yours will look ok, mine has the extra problem of a slightly skewed right fairing, so the ind was right up against the hole (ooer  ).

I went for these for the back

http://www.getgeared.co.uk/Oval_Orange_ ... gory=57463

having tried 4 of the longer ones all round, then decided on the smaller ones for the rear and the flush type for the front.

seems to be lots of options, I'll see whether the flush ones prove useable and visible enough to other road users. I have mounted them as far forward as I can so they can be seen from the front. :)
