carbon fibre or any tube really

Post by hugeduck »

just bought some cheapy cans off ebay and there a bit tatty and have had a scrape down one side. i'd be able to fill and polish them up but i thought i might aswell spend me time getting an outer tube. is it possible to get carbon fibre in tube form? if i drill the rivets out, slide the carbon fibre over and re-rivet it it would make them look like new. anyone done this?

cheers

Right enough Jazz, but it's good to hear from someone who has used them, I have only had them recommended for parts.

Performance Parts at louth sell all parts to build exhausts, I have used them several times - ask for Jason.

Looks like Louth is the centre of noisy tube production in the UK
