How does taking off the return cable give you more sack?

Without the return cable you can adjust the pull cable so the throttle tube hits the stop .
I will take pics when I change it over to show you

It makes sense now mate, I had the carbs off this evening and saw what you mean by not having the return cable connected ;-)
