yeh lol, jus got the pug now - fast as hell lol! 8O
had to gear it down cos its a bit hairy doing 80+ on 12" wheels lol, or just the back one!
does a nice 65-70 now but omg does it get there quick lol!

the other one, the white one i did the charity run on, i donated to a sad case who was goner fix it up and give it to his mate who had just had his stolen....
so, i thought no point filling in the logbook, just put it in his name when you hand it over.

2 mth later i get a nice letter from dvla demanding a £100 fixed penalty for being the registered keeper of an uninsured vehicle :Ball Kick:

i'll meet u lot anywhere tbh, not bothered where. coalville is only 80 mile away - 80 mile of great roads too :)
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

All depends if we we're doing the route clockwise or counterclockwise

Well done, you spotted taht the google map shows the route going to Ashbourne first, but when Geo said we need to go to Matlock 1st it then made sense to go the reverse direction. But we could opt for either as a meet up for those driving in on the morning...we just have to agree one way or the other.

Would be about 11am meet up in either option.

As per first post something like

Set off at 10am-ish
Lunch at Matlock
cuppa at Cat and Fiddle
fuel near macclesfield
Dinner in Burton << Optional

Although you lot will probably need more fuel stops.

Going on past performance we will be lucky to be away by 10 hence the lunch stop in Matlock.

Hi all, unfortunatly I've been off work with a bad back again, I'm banging the tablets down for fun to take the pain away so with a bit of luck I'll still be coming this weekend.
Due to my condition I won't be staying over, but Matlock is only an hour away from me so I'll probably meet up with Martin ( bennyhedges ) and come over to join you all for the ride out, hope nobody minds I've put a post on the SP forum to invite anyone along that might want to come and join in to make even more noise :D

Kev,
Hope the back gets better and you manage to get along for the run. Try and put ice pack on the problem area, that worked for me

If all goes well and this Storm in Halifax looks okay on Saturday, I'd be up for catching up with you guys at some point in the day.It would be a good opportunity to get out on it. Halifax is not a million miles away.

Would it be possible that somebody could pm me their phone number? cheers

The route.

http://goo.gl/maps/XbqxX

I have made a slight modification to take in the Ashbourne to Belper Road and another meet point, The Cat n Fiddle inn. Although you northerners have it on your doorstep, us Southerners don't get to visit often. (Hope you don't mind Al)

By the time we leave the pub and including the 5 fuel stops needed to get there  , I reckon we should arrive at Matlock between 12 and 1. Barring any problems getting there, we will aim to leave Matlock at 1:30, That gives all plenty of time to get there before we leave.

Tea at Cat & Fiddle is the next stop you can join us for a chat and/or the rest of the ride there.
