Hi new to this got a 2000 vtr different people are telling me what oil to use some say 10/30 some say 10/40 can you help. :(

you need 10/40 semi bike oil :thumbup:

!0w 40 semi synth motorcycle oil is the most commonly used type.

Hello Andy and welcome to the forum. Ignore the competitive children on here, they are laboring under the misapprehension that colour can have a positive or negative effect on speed. We are trying to train them but they remain rather feral! :)
