That wheel view looks very good
Where would you postion for that?
And on the rear veiw have you used a suction mount as the one's supplied with the drift hd720 are flat and when camera is on its straight but when viewed back its up side down
And the indicator view faceing to the rear is that just a matter of turning camera around

on the right lower side of the fairing. I thought I had a thread on here about it with photos but cant find it. These are mainly the go pro mounts.
The review view is using the go pro curved mount. On the front part of the camera you can twist the lens. there is a little bit sticking out the side. Make sure this points to the sky and the video will be up the right way

I made a special mount for the indicator view drilling two holes through the unde rtray in the process

Can see this been fun my bike will just end up with loads of mounts stuck all over it.
Cant belive me and my dad watched me on a 50inch plasma going to breakers for some clips
Think my dads more amazed than me that he wants to film himself going to skeggy next year on bikes

Re: Camera Angles for chric
My channel is all about me. It contains my riding antics of the past few years. The videos are of;
* ride outs with friends old and new
* me learning to wheelie both motorcycle and a mountain bike
* my feeble attempts at vlogging
* my feeble attempts at green laning
I love to have a go at all aspects of motorcycling and I enjoy building a video log of this. I do it for me but if you like it, then that's great.
I have built up just under 300 videos on youtube and have enjoyed every minute of it. I often go back and look at earlier videos. Especially the wheelie ones as I can see how I have progressed.
The important thing is that you do it for you! (and ya Dad

I hate seeing or hearing myself on screen or in photo's. I'm much happier on the other side of the lens. I look forward to see some of your footage, have fun and don't forget your storyline. A beginning, a middle and an end.
They are sturdy little cameras, but make sure you have a secure mounting point.

here's some fun footage but I warn you the ending is a bit unpleasant.

Re: Camera Angles for chric
I think chric is referring to embedding it on the forum post.
If we take this one for example

Have a look at the URL for it directly in youtube which is as follows.
Now what is needed to get it to embed and play in the post is to remove the youtube specific parts of the URL ie the which is the embed code for playing directly in youtube. So what you end up with is as follows.
before
after
Put the above in between the youtube tags and you end up with.

and if it don't work post the youtube link anyway and someone else will correct it for you so it plays directly in the post. You can then view the code via the quote in the post and see where you went wrong.
