Tidy Rear !

Post by stevieVTR »

Got bored this afternoon. Wife on nights and asleep. looking after the kids so I couldn't get the bike out so I went to my retreat and decided to fit the 7x5 rear plate. Looked crap so I decided to 'ahem' trim the rear mudguard. Got a bit carried away so its now only about 4" long. Had to take the Scorpions off to do it and I couldn't resist the temptation to fire it up without the cans on. Bloody Hell was it noisy!! Just as the wife came out to complain about the noise I had been making before.
.... no more bike, divorce sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi StevieVTR,
You got to admit the rear mudguard trim is a must from the standard design, I bet you are well pleased with it now, looks heaps better IMHO.
I bet you are popular with the missus at the moment, but I know what its like, your mind goes blank and all you can vision is I must start her up just the once to hear what it will sound like with only the headers fitted, its going to sound awesome, the next thing you know your listing to it!!!!!!!!!!!
And it does sound awesome. I suppose the only good thing about it for you, it would have drowned out your missus shouting at you, if only your brain hadn't gone blank with that vision and instead told you to remember your missus is trying to sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If only, you would have missed that magical moment,
Chris.
