I will never use express insurance again.

When I set the policy up I had just moved house so had to get my driving licence changed as they req a copy. Told them I had sent it to the DVLA. Ok not a problem, send it to us when you have it back was my reply. Got 2 letters through demanding they see a copy, so I phoned them and told them the DVLA still had it 3weeks after first telling them. When I got my licence back I faxed it through to them the same day. Got a letter through 2 days later dated the day previous saying they were going to cancel the policy because I had not sent it to them. Phoned them up and it was sat on there fax mechine for 2 days with no one checking it. Once I got an appology for that I then recieved a letter saying they wanted to charge me nearly £40 for my licence changing from a restriced one to a full licence. How f'ing stupid. And I still do not have a copy of my insurance cirtificate after ringing and asking for it 4 times now. First 2 times I asked for it by post, 3rd time I asked for it to be sent by email (will take 24hrs as it needed to be specially printed!!!) and the day after I still had not recieved it so phoned them again and was told they do not have the facility to send it via email. How the hell that works I do not know. So I asked it to be faxed, could take 4hours was the reply. Still did not show. So 6months nearly after taking out my insurance with them I have had nothing but problems with them.

Will admit I have used them in the past and not had a problem but this time will be the last time.

For me the best deal year after year has been MCE via the bike insurance website advertised on eurosprt tv.
Breakdown, legal cover, riding other bikes, overseas cover, the works really, cheaper on that site than on there own.
