So, never attempted taking exhausts
apart before and wondering what to expect, essentially im doing it to make a bit more noise, have a slightly different look and most important to get rid of some scratches that are really to deep to fix.
But I want to keep the engraved writing on the end and need to cut from the inlet end to get rid of the scratches, will this be as easy as doing from the other end?
What will I find when I drill out the rivets and take off the cap and when I put them back together should I reassemble with silicone or something similar, this is what I would use on an exhaust joint normally. Should mention also that they are venom cans and are oval.
Cheers
Pete
